Job summary

Haworth in Holland, MI is seeking an Operations Intern for a 12-week summer program. You’ll join a cohort of about 50 interns and work onsite at the Haworth Corporate Headquarters in Holland, MI, engaging in meaningful projects and weekly learning opportunities.

You’ll attend NeoCon and participate in workshops on networking, public speaking, and AI tools in business. As an Operations intern, you’ll contribute to a New Product Launch in our Walls plant and gain frontline leadership experience

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor's program in OPS mgmt, Manufacturing Eng, or General Business; junior by Fall 2027.
• Must be onsite in Holland, MI May 2027–Aug 2027 and eligible to work in the US.
• Part-time or full-time student status with good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a New Product Launch in the Walls plant.
• Gain frontline leadership exposure and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in workshops on networking, public speaking, and using AI tools in business.
