Carrier Global Corporation's Automated Logic Corporation Operations Internship Program offers hands-on exposure to real-world sales processes, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration. Interns rotate through departments, support our sales efforts, and develop or sharpen sales skills while leveraging technical acumen.

You'll gain a holistic view of the business, work with project managers on site tasks, and learn HVAC controls through an Operations focus in a structured internship

About the Role

The Automated Logic Corporation Operations Internship Program. This internship is designed to expose you to real-world sales processes, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration within a Carrier-owned company. Throughout this program, you’ll rotate through various departments while supporting our sales efforts, gaining a holistic view of how our business operates. This will be a very immersive experience that will challenge you to develop or sharpen your sales skills, while leveraging your technical acumen.

Role Responsibilities

• Shadow Operations, Service, and Sales
• Support Project Managers on site tasks

Role Purpose

• Learn more about ALCF
• Learn HVAC Controls through an Operations focus

Basic Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be currently enrolled at a Technical School.
• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid and current Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to lift 20lbs
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work both independently and in teams.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

Thisposition may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
