Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Grad Intern - Operations for Fall 2026 in the United States. The roughly 12‑week program blends project work with experiential learning, training sessions, and one‑on‑one mentoring.

Operations covers Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities & Engineering, and the intern will help advance Amgen’s new technology site in Ohio through analytical work and leadership tasks.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older
  • Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program for an MBA internship OR a Master’s program for a Master’s internship OR a PharmD program for a PharmD internship OR Ph.D. for a PhD internship from an accredited college or university and completion of the first year of MBA OR Master’s OR Pharm D OR Ph.D. program before the internship starts
  • Enrolled in an accredited college or university following the potential internship or co‑op assignment
  • Must not be employed at the time the internship starts
  • Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship

Responsibilities

  • Develop a project charter to map out objectives, identify key stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
  • Leveraging analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills, work cross‑functionally to identify the problem, measure the current state, develop recommendations through qualitative and quantitative analysis, and present findings to leadership
  • Network with colleagues across the company and access Amgen’s Employee Resource Groups
