Amgen Inc. (IR) is offering a Fall 2026 Grad Intern - Operations. The program runs about 12 weeks and combines project work with professional development sessions, mentoring, and networking events.
Interns will contribute to initiatives across Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities & Engineering. Selected candidates will map objectives, identify stakeholders, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
What You Will Do

In conjunction with the project work, you will have the opportunity for professional development through training sessions, one-on-one mentoring, and various networking events. Operations is one of three foundational functions at Amgen with a mission to manufacture and deliver safe and effective medicine to patients around the world. Operations is divided into the following five sub-functions: Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities & Engineering. We are currently seeking highly motivated, hardworking individuals who will lead initiatives, strategic analysis and business case development on projects across the five Operations functions. Your contributions will help deliver Amgen’s new advanced technology assembly and packaging site in Ohio. During this program, you will focus on making effective recommendations to the organization’s senior leadership.
