Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation is hiring an ERS Business Analytics Intern to develop dashboards and reporting that guide service delivery, resource planning, and pipeline management. You will work across functions to identify efficiency opportunities and automate repetitive tasks using AI.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical and communication skills, experience with PowerBI and Excel, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site internship in Ohio.

Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY

The ERS Business Analytics Intern will work cross-functionally across the organization to develop reporting and dashboards that will inform business decisions regarding service delivery, resource planning, and pipeline management. They will assist with needed business analysis and development of dashboards and reporting to drive business process improvement and efficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze internal processes to identify opportunities for efficiency in service delivery and execution
• Develop AI agents to automate repetitive and manual tasks
• Improve reporting on pipeline management
• Develop models to improve resource planning and utilization
