Vecchio Industries is offering an internship for students pursuing business, operations, or finance. The role supports bookkeeping, vendor research, and process improvement across a portfolio of small software businesses.

You’ll help document workflows, assist with invoicing and onboarding, and maintain simple reports while gaining exposure to internal tools and governance. The position is remote within the United States and compens ed with a stipend and potential academic credit.

The role

You'll help run the machinery behind a multi-company portfolio: the processes, documents, and reporting that keep several businesses moving at once. It's a close look at how a holding company actually operates with billing, vendors, client onboarding, internal tooling, and the other parts most internships never let you see.

What you'll do

• Document processes and build internal how-to guides
