Job summary

Cencora is seeking motivated interns for a structured program at our Orlando distribution center. You will rotate through departments, interact with senior leadership, and contribute to supply chain projects.

The internship targets students pursuing Engineering, Operations/Logistics, or related fields, with graduation within a year. Flexible shifts and development opportunities are offered to grow skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, or Business Management.
• Graduates within one year of internship completion.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of various supply chain functions and disciplines.
• Build affiliation with hourly team members, associate peers and interact with senior leadership.
• Assist in the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes.
• Report findings to team members and management as required.
• Experience setting and planning department workloads to support business priorities and manage a team.
• Work on projects and manage time without constant supervision.
• Organize and facilitate work team meetings (pre-shift, roundtables, etc.).
• Be flexible to accommodate 24/7 operations, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Participate in internship program training activities and events.
• Develop interpersonal and communication skills to lead a frontline workgroup.
• Learn and take on new assignments; step out of comfort zone.
• Gain understanding of all business areas to develop business acumen.
• Foster an inclusive, diverse, safe, and secure culture.
• Rotate through departments as trained.

Shift: Must be flexible to work across all shifts

Below are some of the activities in which you can expect to participate.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate willingness to learn and take risks; step out of comfort zone and take on new assignments
• Gain understanding of all business areas to develop business acumen
• Foster an inclusive, diverse, safe, and secure culture
• Carry out duties and responsibilities by department through internship rotations as trained
• All other duties based on business needs

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in: Engineering, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, and Business Management (other related majors will be considered)
• Graduate with bachelor's degree within one (1) year of internship completion
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future
