Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, review solution options with customers, and document defects and improvements while supporting end users in integration and testing.

The role emphasizes data analytics, AI-assisted automation, and hands-on documentation of technical specs, test plans, and deployment steps as part of process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Understanding of core database management methods, covering relational SQL, Snowflake, and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, VBA; (C# Python preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills for planning and driving projects.
• Experience with Excel and data viz tools (Tableau) for data management and insights.
• Familiarity with using AI to automate processes and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, clarify, and document project requirements.
• Review options with customers to design optimal solutions.
• Identify and document defects and improvements.
• Participate with end users in integration and user acceptance testing.
• Document technical specs, test plans, and deployment plans.
• Knowledge of AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Tabnine, Agentic AI) is a plus.
