Baptist Health is seeking an Operations Improvement Advisor I to join our team in Lexington, KY. The role focuses on driving performance and continuous improvement projects in partnership with hospital leaders, with emphasis on productivity and labor management to maximize patient value.

The advisor will identify best practice processes and facilitate improvements while partnering with department leadership for planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; less than 1 year experience preferred.
  • Experience in Business, Finance, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Psychology or Engineering preferred.
  • Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive performance and continuous improvement projects in partnership with hospital leaders.
  • Focus on productivity and labor management to maximize patient value.
  • Identify best practice processes and facilitate process and operations improvements.
