About The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on HubSpot expert to join our Business Operations team as an Operations HubSpot Specialist. In this role, you’ll build and optimize workflows, reports, and custom CRM properties that support sales, marketing, customer success, and internal operations. You’ll contribute as a key technical team member in agile sprints and collaborate cross-functionally to bring process improvements to life.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who loves getting into the details of HubSpot, thrives in a fast-paced team, and is excited to contribute to both day-to-day execution and long-term business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, automation, and custom properties that support scalable processes.
  • Create dashboards and reports for key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, CX, and Operations.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other sprint team members to deliver high-quality work in agile sprints.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings (L10s) to review priorities, solve issues, and track progress toward quarterly goals.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy, clean system architecture, and reliable automation.
  • Translate business requirements into practical CRM solutions with clear documentation and testing.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot, including automation, reporting, and CRM configuration.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot objects, pipelines, workflows, and property management.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira is a plus.
  • HubSpot certifications are a bonus (e.g., Operations Hub, CRM Implementation, Reporting).
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and excited to own your craft.
