Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC in the Washington DC metro area seeks an Operations & Growth Support Generalist to partner with the COO, help drive operational excellence, and support growth initiatives across contracts, accounting, and program operations.

You will organize processes, manage documents, track deliverables, and coordinate capture activities, with opportunity to grow into a senior operations or program management role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, contracts, accounting, or business support — government contracting environment strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable learning ERP/CRM/proposal tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong follow-through.
• Ability to obtain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Organize, document, and improve internal operating processes (SOPs, workflows, dashboards, trackers).
• Maintain and improve internal tools to track deliverables, staffing, compliance deadlines, and action items.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings, board updates, and internal reviews.
