The Perrin Family Foundation seeks an experienced Manager of Operations to develop, implement, and execute systems that drive day-to-day administration. Reporting to the President, this role will strengthen internal processes and align operations with our mission and values.

You will oversee operations, administration, grants management, and finance, building capacity to achieve strategic goals as we implement our new strategic framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute systems that drive day-to-day administration of the Foundation.
• Strengthen and formalize internal systems and processes to achieve strategic goals.
• Develop and operationalize policies and procedures that align with organizational values.
• Manage multiple facets of the Foundation’s work, including operations, administration, grants management, and finance.
