Job summary

Lifesong Church in Sutton, MA seeks a Finance & Administration Pastor to lead budgets, HR, IT, facilities, and strategy. You will partner with the Lead Pastor to shape vision for operations and steward church resources effectively.

Responsibilities include budgeting, policy compliance, HR support, IT management, and staff development, while building strong volunteer teams to sustain ministry impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience identifying leaders and building effective teams.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee church finances, budgeting, procurement, and policy compliance.
• Develop and manage the Operations budget.
• Ensure responsible stewardship of church resources.
• Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews for continuous improvement.
• Oversee internal IT infrastructure and key software systems.
• Oversee HR administration and staff support functions.
• Lead vision and strategy for the Operations Department and train volunteers.
