Job summary

EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses and eyewear, seeks an Operations Finance Manager for NA Logistics. You will drive financial reporting, planning, and analytics, partnering with operations leadership to optimize cost and efficiency across multiple facilities.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in logistics/operations finance, and proficiency with ERP systems and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Statistics.
• 5+ years’ relevant experience in positions that require analytical business experience and/or operations finance experience.
• Previous experience in Logistic, Operations or Manufacturing companies.
• An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly-changing environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, planning, and analysis for NA Logistics operations.
• Act as finance partner to operations leadership team.
• Oversee labor productivity targets and identify improvements within sites.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and manage budgets for operations and supply chain functions.
• Provide financial forecasts and variance analyses to support decisions.
• Analyze consumables expenses by location and identify cost reductions.
• Develop analytics tools to control costs and find efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Supply chain on volume demand plans and capabilities.
• Support network integrations and simplify complex reporting across ERPs.
