Job summary

Farmers Fridge is seeking a highly analytical finance leader to partner with Manufacturing and Fulfillment teams, driving cost performance and financial targets across the cost structure. You will build tools and models to manage costs and translate insights into actionable actions that improve efficiency and profitability.

The role focuses roughly 75% on Operations Finance for manufacturing and distribution, with the remainder supporting FP&A, reporting, and strategic finance initiatives,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, Operations Finance, or related analytical roles.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing, food production, distribution, or supply chain teams.
• Strong financial modeling skills with ability to build driver-based models from scratch.
• Ability to translate complex operational data into clear financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance partner to Manufacturing and Fulfillment leaders, understanding cost drivers.
• Own financial models and analyses across labor, materials, packaging, distribution, and other cost drivers.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting with the FP&A Director.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management materials and executive presentations.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and drive efficiency.
