Job summary

Glanbia seeks an Operations Finance Analyst for its Dairy division at the Richfield, ID site. You will support cost reporting, budgeting and forecasting for multiple plants, monitor KPIs, and analyze variances to drive actionable insights for plant leadership.

You will collaborate with multiple departments across Richfield and other US sites to standardize reporting and enhance financial models supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of three years related experience.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Track record of driving performance and change.
• Ability to motivate and influence a diverse group of people.
• Thrives under pressurized conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly cost and usage analysis for energy, chemicals, ingredients, and packaging.
• Monitor KPIs for whey and cheese departments and provide insights.
• Prepare budget and forecast analyses and reports for management.
• Assist with plant inventory control for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Standardize reporting and analysis across manufacturing locations.
• Review results for reasonableness and investigate root causes.
• Support development/refinement of financial models for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-train with other analysts and share learnings across the team.
• Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis and trending as required.
• Participate in special projects or action teams.
