The Pickney Foundation is a grassroots nonprofit focused on supporting single mothers, promoting wellness, and empowering families through direct services and community-based programs. We believe in building with compassion, continuity, and collective impact. We’re looking for a purpose-driven individual who’s eager to grow in the nonprofit world while helping us streamline and sustain our work. The Operations Fellow will assist in managing programs, organizing volunteers, supporting outreach, and helping with day-to-day tasks that keep the foundation moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage basic administrative and communication tasks
• Use tools like Google Workspace, Canva, and Asana to stay organized
• Assist with social media content coordination and community updates
• Support new initiatives, research, and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone reliable, positive, and organized
• Interest in nonprofit work, social impact, or community service
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with digital tools is helpful (or willingness to learn)
