Groundworks New Mexico seeks an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of the FCPA. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will ensure all operations run efficiently, on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include planning and executing tasks across daily to annual cycles to ensure successful program delivery and facility maintenance within allocated resources. The role focuses on operational excellence and reliable service delivery for the organization.

• Plan and execute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual tasks to deliver programs and maintain the facility on schedule and within budget.
