Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, master's degree and/or PMP preferred.
• 5-7 years project management experience managing complex projects.
• Previous healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to drive change with stakeholder consensus and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of large-scale, cross-functional projects with stakeholders.
• Defines scope, duration, resources and cost, guiding project approach.
• Documents processes and maintains schedules, risks, and workflows.
• Identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies to protect timelines.
• Tracks KPIs and drives performance improvements and accountability.
• Communicates status and decisions to leadership and sponsors.
• Mentors teammates on project management tools and methods.
• Supports organizational adoption of improved project practices.
