Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to lead Lean initiatives across our North American warehousing and 3PL network. You will champion continuous improvement, drive launch readiness, and embed standardized KPI frameworks, partnering with site leaders to deliver measurable gains in productivity, quality, and velocity.

You will mentor teams in Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving while ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and performance targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment, distribution center operations, supply chain, or 3PL.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles, value stream mapping, Kaizen facilitation, and process redesign techniques (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or PMP preferred).
• Proven experience owning operations launch support, facility startups, and direct customer-facing initiatives.
• Demonstrated financial and analytical acumen with the ability to connect operational improvements directly to business outcomes.

Iron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven Operations Excellence Manager - W&L | 3PL to join our Warehouse & Logistics Operations team.

In this high-impact role, you will play a central part in championing continuous improvement and driving launch success across our third-party logistics network. You will have the opportunity to partner directly with key external clients and site leaders, embedding Lean principles and optimizing process workflows to elevate operational performance. Here, your leadership and continuous improvement expertise will directly shape the productivity, quality, and velocity of our growing warehousing and logistics footprint.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400.00 - $124,500.00
