Communicates and coordinates with Generation Resources and Transmission owner/operators to obtain, analyze and review Phasor Measurement Unit and Digital Fault Recorder data. Provides electrical engineering analysis and technical support for the planning and operation of the electric power system. Develops tools and procedures to monitor the performance of the electric power system and appropriately reports findings and recommendations. Contributes to ad hoc operational data analysis requests, stakeholder group reporting, and internal and external presentations.
