Lockheed Martin in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an Operations Product Lead Sr. to bridge the shop floor and the program team, driving critical initiatives that impact program success.
You will spearhead recovery plans and ensure seamless communication between teams. You will lead yield improvement efforts, corrective actions, and cost improvements, act as the program voice within Dallas Operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and growth.
As an Operations Product Lead Sr., you will serve as the bridge between the shop floor and the program team, driving initiatives that make a tangible impact on program success. You will be responsible for spearheading key initiatives, developing and implementing recovery plans, and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
Performs activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
