Kairos Power is seeking an Operations Engineer for its Salt Production Facility to own the technical basis of critical process systems from design through startup and operation. You will analyze system performance, coordinate with operations, engineering, and safety teams, and implement practical operating limits, procedures, and training to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience in chemical processing or related industry.
• Experience applying engineering fundamentals to process systems and improvements.
• Familiarity with P&IDs, equipment data sheets, and vendor information.

Responsibilities

• Owns assigned process systems from design through commissioning and operation.
• Maintains design basis, operating limits, and equipment performance.
• Develops improvements to safety, reliability, and cost.
