Job summary

Loomis Armored Springfield, VA is seeking a customer service/dispatch associate to support branch operations. Responsibilities include handling customer calls, coordinating routes, updating reports, and ensuring branch security with accuracy and timely communication.

Two shifts are available: 7:30AM–3:30PM or 1:30PM–10:00PM, Mon–Fri, with pay at $22.30 per hour. Climate controlled office, uniform provided, and MS Office skills are a plus for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well individually as well as being a team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to identify and maintain confidential matters in all aspects of the business.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Computer experience, proficient use of MS Office to include Excel.
• Data entry skills and dexterity to operate office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls into the branch and communicate with all routes.
• Key daily information into RPMS reports and update SOFI information.
• Maintain and update Branch reports and Dispatchers Log.
• Coordinate routes and special services to routes as needed.
• Assist with ATM and account-related tasks as required.

Pay Rate:$22.30 per hour

We have two shifts available 7:30AM to 3:30PM or 1:30pm to 10pm Mon thru Fri

Ensure quality Customer service and accountability of items keyed into computer system. Position duties are handling customer’s calls into the branch, communication with all routes, ATM combo/support to routes, keying information in daily to the RPMS report, maintaining and updating SOFI information Daily and maintaining Branch reports.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Climate controlled office environment.
• Requires extended time sitting at desk opening doors to building, answering company phone lines, operating computer, and monitoring.

DUTIES: SECURITY OF BRANCH

• Controlling access to building and grounds allowing access under branch policy

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Routing Specials on Demand ServiceRequest No pickups
• Resolve customer issues.
• Generate ETA to Ops Report
• Communication with all routes
• Maintain Dispatchers Log: Logging hourly calls into report log system including over the payment liability route problems/concerns Suspicious activity
• Create Holiday Routes and Maintain Request from Customers and NationalAccounts.
• Send out safety/ security messages.
• Coordinate any special services to routes and make supervisors aware.
• Coordinate variable account pick-ups and delivers.
• Assist Messengers with force balances on ATM’s and any related ATM Issues
• Perform any other duties or special projects as deemed necessaryby Management Staff.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work well individually as well as being a team player with a positiveattitude.
• Ability to identify and maintain confidential matters in all aspects of the business Courteous and professional communications skills, demonstrate good work ethics in a professional manner to fellow employees and customers.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Computer experience, proficient use of MS Office to include Excel, ability to use office equipment not limited to computer, fax and copy machine. Data entry skills Unrestricted wrist,
  hand and finger dexterity. Unrestricted ability to bend, squat,
  stoop, stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs.), sit, push and pull. Accuracy and speed sufficient to meet the company policy for debriefing.
