Job summary

Element, based in Forest Isle, Louisiana, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee trucking dispatch and warehouse teams. The role emphasizes routing, scheduling, on-time deliveries, and safe, compliant operations across road and warehouse crews.

You will manage all warehouse and road crew employees, including shift coverage and daily oversight; create and maintain the employee schedule; verify truck loading and road readiness; review contracts and paperwork before submitting to Sales, and

Responsibilities

• Routing and dispatching trucks efficiently and accurately.
• Tracking truck locations and ensuring they stay on schedule and route.
• Verifying that trucks are properly loaded and road-ready before departure.
• Supervising and managing all warehouse and road crew employees, including scheduling, shift coverage, and daily oversight.
• Making and maintaining the employee schedule for all operations staff.
• Reporting issues, incidents, or disruptions to management promptly.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.
• Reviewing and verifying all returned paperwork, including contracts, for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to the Sales department.

The Employee’s key duties include, but are not limited to:
