A leading health services company in Connecticut is seeking an Operations Director to provide operational leadership and oversee account management. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in the pharmacy benefit industry, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have a strong ability to manage multiple priorities. As the Express Scripts Inc. (ESI) Health Plans Division (HPD) Operation Director (OD), you will provide operational leadership, expertise, and oversight to some of the most complex arrangements and customized clients. This rewarding position holds significant responsibility as the operations leader to our front line Account Managers.
This client facing OD will report to a Sr. Operation Director within HPD and is responsible for all day-to-day activity of his/her assigned HPD client portfolio and account teams while ensuring that all Service Level Agreements (SLA) meet or exceed their contractual obligations; thereby driving client satisfaction and retention. Additionally, this role will be for one who can establish and maintain solid working relationships with leaders from both internal departments as well as external clients, vendors and/or consultants.
The ideal candidate will have a superior working knowledge and understanding of the pharmacy benefit industry/processes including, but not limited, to those within Commercial, Health Care Exchanges and Medicare Part-D lines of business. Such responsibilities include:

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 119,000 - 198,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
