Responsibilities

• Question the brief when the brief doesn't match reality.
• Map the handoffs between VA teams so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Read a Creativity system you didn't build and improve it anyway.
• Stay engaged with the Richmond, VA work after launch buzz fades.
• Follow safety protocols and best practices at all times.
• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon.
