Job summary

Datacenter People is partnering with a leading family-owned construction and property services group in the UK to deliver ambitious data centre projects. This role focuses on leading live data centre refurbishment programs, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, and expanding the current project pipeline.

You will develop clear plans to grow Smartspace's capability in the data centre sector while maintaining safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale MEP projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Background in engineering contracting.

Datacenter People is partnering with one of the largest family-owned construction, development and property services companies in the UK as they progress various data centre projects.

• Stakeholder engagement.
• Leading project teams to deliver the current workload.
• Expanding the current pipeline.
• Developing clear business plans to expand Smartspace's capability and marketposition in the data centre sector.
• Come from an engineering contracting background.
• Have demonstrable experience delivering large-scale, complex MEP (Mechanical,
• Electrical and Public Health) projects.
• Have a strong understanding of mission-critical infrastructure.
• Have the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure operationalenvironments.
• Manage stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain operational continuity.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

We Are Looking For Someone With

• Proven experience of operating within live data centers and critical environments.
• Expertise in leading teams to deliver fast track refurbishment projects, particularly within the data centre sector.
