We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Strategy to join our executive leadership team and help guide the company through its next stage of growth.
The Vice President of Strategy will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to define company priorities, evaluate new business opportunities, and lead strategic initiatives across the organization. This position requires someone who can think at a high level while remaining closely involved in execution.
The successful candidate will lead the company’s annual and long-term strategic planning process and help identify opportunities for growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and new business development.
This role will conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis and develop business cases and financial models to support major company decisions. The Vice President of Strategy will also work closely with Finance, Operations, Business Development, Sales, and other functional leaders to ensure strategic priorities are translated into measurable business results.
The position will lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives from initial evaluation through implementation and will regularly prepare recommendations, financial analyses, and presentations for executive leadership.
The Vice President of Strategy may also evaluate strategic partnerships, investments, acquisitions, and other corporate development opportunities as the company continues to expand.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate development, business operations, investment banking, or a related field, including meaningful experience working with senior executives.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred.
Candidates should have strong financial and analytical skills, excellent business judgment, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior leadership.
Experience working in a high-growth or privately held company is preferred. Experience with market expansion, strategic partnerships, M&A, or new business development is also highly valued.
The expected salary range for this position is $200,000 to $275,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
This position may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus and equity.
