Job summary

Infrakey is seeking an accomplished Operations Director to lead our US data center portfolio from the Dallas HQ. You will drive operational excellence, set standards for reliability and sustainability, and build high-performing teams across site managers, engineers, and technicians.

You will develop strategic operational plans, partner with the executive team, and own performance metrics to elevate customer experience and business results. This is a senior leadership role with executive exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in data center or mission-critical facility operations.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility.
• Deep expertise in critical power, cooling, and building management systems.
• Track record of achieving and maintaining Tier III/IV operational standards.
• Experience with hyperscale and enterprise customer requirements.
• Strong understanding of energy management and sustainability practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• CDCP, CDCS, ATD, LEED certifications highly valued.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence across Infrakey's US data center portfolio, ensuring 99.999% uptime.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Manage and develop a team of site managers, engineers, and technicians.
• Oversee maintenance programs, capacity management, and infrastructure optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships for critical facility services and maintenance.
• Collaborate with development teams on design reviews and commissioning activities.
• Present operational performance updates to executive leadership and board.
• Lead incident response and business continuity planning efforts.
• Champion sustainability initiatives within operations.

About This Role

As Operations Director at Infrakey, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across our growing US data center portfolio. Based at our Dallas headquarters, you'll lead a team of operations professionals and set the standards that define our customer experience.

This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on company performance and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our executive team to develop operational strategies, drive efficiency improvements, and ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of reliability and sustainability.
