Convergint is seeking enthusiastic operations colleagues for a six-month College Development Program in the United States. You will be trained, mentored, and prepared to manage projects from award to completion, on time and on budget, while delivering world-class service to customers and communities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build trust with existing customers by executing projects to successful completion.
• Collaborate with premier partners in vertical markets and industries.
• Partner with sales personnel to ensure project execution exceeds customer expectations.
• Manage, oversee, and coordinate all aspects for small to medium projects of moderate complexity.
• Effectively communicate project requirements to project team and wider organization.
• Inform customers of project status, challenges, changes and updates to ensure satisfaction.
