Job summary

Convergint is seeking a motivated participant for our 2027 College Development Program - Operations in Tulsa, OK. This full-time, on-site role offers a six-month training track to learn project delivery, budgeting, and customer service while you work with a team of experienced colleagues.

You will build trust with customers, coordinate small to medium projects, and collaborate with sales and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred experience: 1–3 years in project management or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing small to medium projects from award through completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Support project teams with status updates and documentation.
• Build trust with customers and partners through quality service.
