• Partner with Product Group leadership to define strategic priorities
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with measurable impact
• Ensure alignment across regions, functions, and stakeholders

Drive Complex Transformation

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional and international programs
• Manage high-complexity projects (technical, organizational, cultural)
• Deliver tangible, measurable improvements across operations

Influence Across the Organization

• Engage with stakeholders from shopfloor to executive level
• Collaborate across R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Play an active role in the Product Group Management Team
