Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Designee for a fast-paced, multi-unit leadership track. You will undergo immersive training in financial management, team leadership, and strategic execution, with mentoring from senior leaders to accelerate your growth.

The role requires travel across locations to support operations, drive consistency, and uplift performance. Candidates should bring a track record in multi-unit management, merchandising, and P&L ownership, and be willing to relocate

Qualifications

• 5+ years Multi-Unit Management experience preferred.
• 5+ years of Merchandising experience preferred.
• 5+ years of P&L Responsibility of Multiple Units preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through cross-department collaboration.
• Mentor and empower teams across locations to foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and new technologies to drive business growth.
• Analyze key metrics, budgets, and profitability to optimize performance.

Job Functions

• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with company goals while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Experience

• 5+ years Multi-Unit Management experience preferred.


• 5+ years of Merchandising experience preferred.


• 5+ years of P&L Responsibility of Multiple Units preferred.


• Must be willing to relocate.

Physical Demands

• Regular talking and hearing. Active involvement requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing. Occasional lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required.
