Job summary

Beaufort County School District is seeking an Operations Data Specialist to steward utilities, work orders, and facilities data. You will administer the department's work order management system, ensure data accuracy, and generate reports to support informed decisions.

This role requires strong analytic skills, experience with data tools (Google Drive/Sheets, JotForm, CMMS), and the ability to train staff and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, reporting, and data management apps.
• Experience with CMMS or similar software preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data accuracy.
• Ability to train and support software users.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain utility data in energy management software.
• Administer work order management system and ensure data integrity.
• Create user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
• Generate reports on work orders, maintenance, and performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate with Technology Support for upgrades and changes.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on workflows.
