Job summary

Fervo Energy is a 12-week summer internship where you’ll own a project scoped with your manager on day one and drive it through to completion. You’ll work with the Operations team on data analysis and dashboards to inform leadership decisions, culminating in a presentation to executives with real results.

You will join a fast-moving team tackling geothermal energy challenges, building tools and materials for business reviews, and gaining a real seat at the table for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior, Senior, Master's/MBA candidate wrapping up within the next year, or PhD candidate — we're building a pipeline toward full-time offers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to stakeholders and leadership
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new challenges

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis and reporting across operations metrics
• Assist with building dashboards and tracking tools for Operations leadership
• Help prepare materials for operations business reviews
• Support ad hoc analytical projects for the Operations Chief of Staff (CoS) function
