Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis and reporting across operations metrics.
• Assist with building dashboards and tracking tools for Operations leadership.
• Help prepare materials for operations business reviews.
• Support ad hoc analytical projects for the Operations Chief of Staff (CoS) function.
