Responsibilities

Assist with diverse projects supporting the department to drive operational reviews.
Gather, organize, and analyze data for process improvement initiatives and special projects.
Interview field leaders, technicians, and partners to understand current processes and identify opportunities.
Document current workflows and system interactions; map processes and create workflow docs.
Support data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and other tools; present findings to leadership.
