You will partner with managers across multiple locations to monitor performance, identify root causes, improve reporting, and recommend practical solutions. This role offers exposure to a dynamic service and transportation operations environment, with competitive pay and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, finance, accounting, operations, information systems, or a related field.
• At least two years of related analytical experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills with experience in dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze information from multiple business systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and location-level performance reports.
• Track key performance indicators and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze profit and loss statements, invoices, coding, and supporting financial data.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to determine what is driving performance issues.
• Present findings and recommended corrective actions to operations managers.
• Prepare clear reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership.
• Partner with operations, accounting, finance, and other departments to improve data accuracy and business processes.
• Train managers and employees on reporting tools, systems, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company, employee, customer, and financial information.
