Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to own data pipelines, dashboards, and analytic work across CX, Fraud, Payments, WFM, and VIP. You will surface insights, flag risks, and partner with the Strategy & Analytics team to connect data to strategic goals.

The role emphasizes AI-first thinking, rigorous data foundations, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while delivering clear recommendations to operations leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an analytical role (BI, analytics, operations)
• Strong SQL experience; write, QA, optimize complex queries
• Experience supporting AI/ML workflows or automation initiatives
• Experience building dashboards in Sigma/Tableau
• Familiarity with DBT or similar frameworks
• High attention to data quality and details
• Strong communication; translate findings for stakeholders
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Own analytical requests from Ops leaders and turn data into actionable insights
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports across CX, Fraud, Payments, WFM, VIP
• Develop data pipelines; partner with Data Engineering on DBT and data stores
• Identify data quality issues and resolve blockers with cross-functional teams
• Support AI agent roadmap with validated data foundations and measurements
• Track AI agent performance and measure impact on top-line goals
