Job summary

PSQ Productions is seeking reliable Event Operations Crew Members to support setup, execution, and breakdown of events. This role requires physical labor, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You\'ll lift, transport, and arrange event infrastructure and materials while adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate is a team player with flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and with basic hand tool knowledge.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Able to stand for long periods outdoors in varying weather.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver\'s license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and break down event infrastructure, including staging, tables, chairs, barricades, and signage.
  • Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment before, during, and after events.
  • Operate basic tools and assist with equipment operation as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Assist with event logistics and respond to real-time operational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and event timelines.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is comfortable with physical labor and flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down event infrastructure, including staging, tables, chairs, barricades, and signage
  • Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment before, during, and after events
  • Operate basic tools and assist with equipment operation as needed
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Assist with event logistics and respond to real-time operational needs
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and event timelines
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and willingness to learn new equipment
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license preferred
Work Environment

This position requires working outdoors and on event sites with exposure to varying weather conditions, loud environments, and heavy equipment. Shifts may be long and physically demanding, requiring stamina and attention to safety at all times.

Compensation & Schedule

Compensation is based on experience. Scheduling is event-driven and may vary weekly based on operational needs.
