Grey Eagle Distributors is seeking an Operations professional to route orders for next-day delivery and support all delivery and warehouse functions in Missouri. You will supervise the night loader, drivers, and day warehouse staff while coordinating manpower and adherence to the bargaining agreement.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, distribution experience preferred, and strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Route orders for next day delivery using VIP and Roadnet systems.
• Utilize truck loading software after routing and place contents in correct bays for pickers.
• Assist with identifying issues/solutions to enhance operations.
• Answer phones from customers, internal and external.
• Support delivery and warehouse operations as needed.
• Supervise night loader, driver and day warehouse union employees.
• Establish daily manpower requirements for loading and delivery drivers.
• Work within the current collective bargaining agreement.
• Other duties as needed.
