Job Description
The IRC’s Home Study and Post-Release Services (HSPRS) for unaccompanied children in the U.S. is growing from six current IRC offices to more than 17 offices throughout the US. This is a national, multi-million-dollar project with ambitious delivery goals in a short time frame.

SCOPE OF WORK:
The HSPRS Operations Coordinator (OC) supports IRC’s Home Study and Post Release Services (HSPRS) for Unaccompanied Children (UC) working closely with the HSPRS Operations Manager, Assistant Director, Quality Assurance Manager, and various other members of the HSPRS management team.The Operations Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational functions to support the successful advancement and coordination of projects, grants, events and other activities of the HSPRS unit within the Resettlement, Asylum and Integration (RAI) department. The OC has close working relationships and liaises regularly with HSRPS staff as well as members of other teams including but not limited to: RAI Finance and Budget; RAI Resource Acquisition and Management (RAM); RAI Operations, IRC Finance, IRC Supply Chain, and IT.
This position is part of an anticipated 36-month contract with the end date of September 30, 2026.
