What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year experience utilizing a WMS system
  • At least 6 months experience in a Packing function
  • 6 months work experience involving walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard
What You'll Do:
  • Handle daily tasks of running departments such as assigning tasks, managing scanners, troubleshooting PkMS issues, etc.
  • Act as a backup to the Team Leads
  • Provide coverage for departments during peak seasons
  • Monitor department progress throughout the day
  • Diagnose and resolve problems as a trouble-shooter
  • Support the department team lead by communicating stocking priorities to stockers
  • Cross-train with Wave Planners for order pulling
  • Demonstrate reading comprehension skills up to high school level
  • Exhibit writing skills up to high school level
  • Perform basic arithmetic, addition, subtraction
  • Maintain attention to detail
  • Work safely and adhere to safety guidelines in a warehouse environment
  • Perform repetitive manual tasks
  • Work independently or collaboratively
  • Be flexible and multi-task according to workflow demands
  • Meet and maintain production standards
  • Maintain reliable attendance
  • Read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work effectively
  • Make sound business decisions regarding packing priorities
  • Walk and stand continuously during shifts
  • Lift/carry up to 60 lbs during shifts, with varying weights for different tasks
  • Push/pull up to 70 lbs force during shifts
  • Grip/grasp continuously during shifts
  • Perform physical activities frequently during shifts
  • Work designated shifts including overtime, weekends, and before/after shifts as required
  • Be exposed to a wide range of temperatures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Details:

B Shift: Thursday through Saturday & alternating Wednesdays from 7 am to 7 pm
