This hands-on, on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in a related operational field, plus comfort with tech troubleshooting and device management, to ensure smooth campus operations.

In this role, you own the operational heartbeat of the campus. You are responsible for community communication, campus safety, facilities and logistics, and day-to-day tech administration. One moment you may be coordinating a safety drill, the next resolving a device issue, onboarding a new staff member, or addressing a parent concern. You are not just keeping things running—you are creating confidence.

What You Will Be Doing

• Serving as a primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field


• At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role


• Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration


• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally


• Demonstrated comfort building warm, trusted relationships with children and families in a visible on‑campus role


• Ability to independently own campus operations and make sound decisions across safety, facilities, logistics, communication, and basic technology in a lean environment


• Strong service orientation, emotional intelligence, and calm judgment under pressure


• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail


• Available to work in‑person in one of our campuses: Greenwich, CT; Santa Barbara, CA; Malibu, CA; Boston, MA; Kirkland, WA; South Bay, CA; Santa Monica, CA — or willing to relocate


• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
