About Us

ME LLC is a founder-led company behind two consumer brands. In My Sundays is a premium DTC sleepwear and loungewear brand built on a bi-monthly drop model, with a loyal base where roughly 80% of orders come from repeat customers. Living Fully Co. is its sister lifestyle brand. Our next chapter is about reaching new customers at scale, building beyond a single founder voice, and growing two distinct brands that reinforce each other.

About the Role

In My Sundays and Living Fully Co are direct to consumer brands with drop based launches taking place every month. Every launch depends on flawless execution: product arriving on time from the factory, inventory received accurately at the warehouse, and a website that is live, correct, and ready for traffic. The Operations Coordinator is the connective tissue across all three for both brands. It is an ideal role for a highly organized, detail-obsessed early-career operator who wants to learn how a growing multi-brand consumer business runs.

What You'll Own
Factory handoff and production tracking
  • Serve as the operational point of contact once product moves from development to purchase order, working closely with Product Development.
  • Create SKU/barcodes for seamless tracking of styles from factory to Shopify.
  • Track production timelines, ship dates, and milestones for every PO across both brands, and flag delays early.
  • Maintain accurate PO, SKU, and cost records, tagged by brand so costs stay cleanly separated.
  • Make sure tech packs, size specs, labeling, and packaging requirements are communicated clearly to each factory and vendor.
  • Monitor freight and inbound shipments so inventory lands at the warehouse ahead of each launch.
Warehouse and 3PL relationship
  • Own the day-to-day relationship with our 3PL fulfillment partner for both brands.
  • Prepare advance shipping notices and confirm receiving, counts, and SKU accuracy for every inbound shipment.
  • Monitor fulfillment performance on launch weekends (ship times, accuracy, backlog) and elevate issues fast.
  • Reconcile inventory between the warehouse and each Shopify store, investigating discrepancies. Support accounting with month end inventory.
  • Keep 3PL invoices and fees allocated correctly by brand.
  • Support returns and exchanges in partnership with Customer Service.
Website updates per launch
  • Build and QA product pages in Shopify for every IMS drop and LFC launch: titles, descriptions, pricing, variants, imagery, size charts, and collections.
  • Create and load inventory and confirm availability and launch timing settings.
  • Run a pre-launch QA checklist across mobile and desktop (most traffic is mobile), testing links, checkout, and discount codes.
  • Handle post-launch updates such as sold-out states, restocks, and product archiving.
  • Set up and maintain any cross-brand features, such as shared collections, bundles, or cross-sell placements.
Launch coordination
  • Maintain one master launch calendar and checklist across both brands, keeping Product, Brand, Customer Service, and the warehouse aligned.
  • Flag launch collisions early, where timing, warehouse capacity, or team bandwidth overlap between brands.
  • Run post-launch operational recaps: what went wrong, and what to fix before next time.
  • Document processes so launches get smoother and more repeatable each cycle.
Miscellaneous
  • Serve as a flexible team player and general helping hand across the business, supporting photoshoots, ad hoc operational projects/PR, and general team needs as they arise.
  • Support occasional community events and coordination with an event planner.
What You Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, production, e-commerce, or retail, or an equivalent internship background.
  • Exceptional attention to detail. You catch the wrong SKU, the missing size, and the broken link.
  • Strong organization and follow-through across many deadlines and two brands at once.
  • Clear, proactive communication with teammates and external partners.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
  • Shopify experience is a strong plus; exposure to apparel production, 3PLs, or inventory systems is a bonus.
  • Availability for occasional extended hours around launch weekends and photoshoots.
What Success Looks Like in the First Six Months
  • Every IMS drop and LFC launch goes live on time with accurate inventory and a fully QA'd site.
  • Inbound shipments are tracked end to end, with no surprises on launch week.
  • Warehouse and Shopify inventory reconcile cleanly after each launch, with costs allocated by brand.
  • A documented launch playbook that someone else could pick up and run.
