Job summary

The Site Operations Coordinator at Tropicana’s Whitestone, NY plant will oversee and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service delivery. The role is onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 pm–4:00 am, with responsibilities including batching and assigning orders and supervising daily workflow.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing or distribution, strong communication and project reporting skills, and a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment with limited direction and balance priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to be onsite daily in Whitestone, NY.
