Job summary

The David and Lucile Packard Foundation seeks an Operations Coordinator to join the Office of the General Counsel in Los Altos, CA. The role focuses on providing administrative support and helping ensure efficient department operations aligned with Foundation policies.

You will partner with four lawyers and the broader team to keep processes running smoothly and to support grantmaking activities as needed.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The purpose of the Office of General Counsel is to oversee all legal work for the Foundation, advise the Board and management, support grantmaking and other activities, and ensure compliance with tax laws governing private foundations.
