The Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of staff while focusing on safety, performance, and productivity. This role includes managing crew movements, identifying and resolving issues to maintain an efficient flow of operations, and enforcing company policies to ensure a safe and organized work environment. The Operations Coordinator will foster positive relationships with staff to enhance engagement and retention while also carrying out additional administrative and non-administrative duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with the daily operations of staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Assist in coordinating and managing the movement of crews to optimize operations.
• Identify situations that require problem-solving and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth and efficient flow within the Depot yard.
• Enforce and uphold all ConGlobal rules, regulations, and policies to maintain operational standards.
• Approach safety violations with care, providing on-the-spot coaching to improve compliance and promote a culture of safety.
• Perform other administrative and non-administrative duties as assigned to support overall operations and efficiency.

Required Qualifications :

• Proven experience in operations, logistics , or terminal management, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
