Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team in our Denver, CO office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing firm. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for multiple new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to steady‑state operations and providing a positive client experience. You will collaborate with various teams to gather requirements, manage document flow, and facilitate all information to get the client set up. Your communication and project‑management skills will be essential in guiding clients successfully through the onboarding process.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting Operations Director in monthly client and internal billing
  • Implementing operational initiatives and software as required
  • Reporting weekly and monthly operational metrics and other KPIs to Leadership Team
  • Providing reporting and operational insights to various teams regarding status and quality of work
  • Supports and coordinates Client Onboarding process
  • Performs office and other administrative responsibilities as required for the Director of Operations and Leadership Team
  • Performing other activities as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–4 years’ experience in operations, admin, and/or project coordination required
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and operational software
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, and billing support
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to support client onboarding and software/operational initiatives
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to work with clients and internally with team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

Compensation for this role is determined based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to your relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. We strive to offer competitive, equitable pay, that reflects the value each team member brings to the organization. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes performance‑based incentives, wellness and retirement programs, and opportunities for continuous professional development.

Salary ranges are provided to offer transparency and may vary depending on final candidate qualifications and local market conditions. Denver ranges are from $50,000 – $60,000.
